This year the suet brought in many new birds in the spring including a gorgeous bright colored Yellow Bellied Sapsuckers who enjoyed it for weeks.

We even had a female Atypical Sapsucker without any red on it’s head. They were everywhere last spring and oh so happy another one is soon on the way. Birdwatcher’s paradise spring time for sure.
