Hi Rachel, This looks like a Fox Sparrow to us. Check out Fox Sparrow identification here, and feel free to compare to Song Sparrows – scroll down on the Song Sparrow page to see regional differences. Song Sparrows typically have a concentrated “spot” of streaks on their chest, where Fox Sparrows do not, and note the grayish head feathers on Fox Sparrows compared to Song Sparrows.
