This Fox Sparrow has been visiting my feeder (ground feeder) for the past month. He is fun to watch because he scratches the ground looking for seeds, like a chicken! He is a bit out of his usual wintering grounds because Fox Sparrows are supposed to be on the western side of the Coast Mountains in BC. We are located in the interior of BC (Williams Lake).
