It was photographed at a feeder in the backyard in a flock of 20-30 Goldfinches. A handful of House Finches were present as well. No other birds with any illnesses were identified during the following 30 minutes.

I am not seeing any goldfinch this year. Some usually hang around for a long time after they molt I saw only one so far. I so feed them thistle seed
