Blue Jay at feeder – runny, mucous eyes – lethargic. Reminds me of Finch eye disease. The right eye is much worse than the left. The jay goes between the mealworm feeder and the cedar tree. Doesn’t appear to have the strength to fly any further. Scrubbed the feeder and put out fresh mealworms & water.
