This finch comes every day and stays in the plate for long periods. His feathers are very disrupted? He just concerns me a bit that something may be wrong.

This finch comes every day. He's quite small.
Is it cold where you are? If so, he may just be trying to keep warm. Whenever the temperature drops low, birds will limit their activity levels and fluff up their feathers to stay warm. He could also be sick though.
