I had finches with conjunctivitis 2 months ago and removed all feeders for 2 weeks. I then replaced some of the feeders. I have been wiping/sanitizing every 2-3 days. I saw this bird on my bird buddy photo. So I have removed all but a suet type feeder now. Is there any treatment? I did remove all the mulch the first time...replaced with new mulch; etc. Does this spread to any other type bird?
