House Finch Eye Disease found in a mixed flock of house finch and sparrows. 40 + in total

Female House finch has crusty and swollen eyes. I believe it's house finch eye disease. I will remove and clean all my feeders. And leave them down for 2 weeks. I feed a mixed flock of 40+ finches and sparrows.
