House Finch, female, right eye. The eye on this finch looked different than the swollen, crusty appearances of past observations, where the crustiness was around the eye. In this bird, the eye was red and apparently completely blind. Possibly just a progression of the disease (?).

Live in an apt. In Grand Rapids, MI A beautiful House Finch comes daily to my feeder. Its such a lovely tiny bird
