I noticed these two house finches at my feeder today, both with swollen eyes. The male was otherwise behaving more or less normally, but the female house finch did not seem to be doing well at all, in the way her movements were slower and less energetic than normal.
Eye problems

Make sure you take down your feeders for at least a few days (preferably a week or two), and thoroughly clean them before putting them back out again.
