Description
I was gazing out the window on a snowy evening, enjoying all the beautiful birds at the feeder, and the lovely colors of the female cardinal caught my eye. I enjoy painting birds, so grabbed this photo to study the subtle hues of the lady cardinal and happened to also photograph a clear snowflake on its nape.
