Description

I was photographing a Carolina Wren hopping around my brush pile, when out of nowhere this beautiful male Cooper’s Hawk flew in and landed on the brush pile, obviously having seen the Wren. What are the chances of the hawk landing in the exact spot where my camera was focused? It was crazy and a photo op like that only happens once in a blue moon.
