So much for crayfish and snakes…what a tasty morsel! Great catch for you too!
Need help identifying a bird. It has been showing up at the feeder the last six weeks. It’s a little bigger than the starlings that are so prevalent here in southeastern Michigan. The most catching feature is its wavy white hood, very eagle-like with an iridescent blue body. Haven’t found anything online yet and haven’t been able to photograph it because it is so elusive.
