Description

This may be your toughest assignment yet. A boring bird or a regular visitor? I have cardinals here everyday, but they are never boring!! A Robin may be boring in June or July, but see one in February and it’s a pretty special bird. I decided to enter a boring old BW photo of a boring, old House Sparrow, even though these tough little birds are anything but boring. Smart, aggressive, and very noisy when in a group. As for a Feederwatch aspect to this species, I have noticed over the years a sharp decline then a major bounce back for sightings at my feeders. Enjoy.
