Description
Greater Roadrunners are common in our bird feeding area – usually just running across the wall or patio or drinking from the birdbath. This time we captured one actually talking seed from the ground feeder (filled with bark butter bits, sunflower chips and other cracked nuts and seed). As we were photographing it, we were astonished to see it tossing the bits up into the air and catching them. Luckily, one of the photos caught the action – perfect timing!
