Description
Two Red-shouldered Hawks perched behind my house where they can see the bird activity around the feeder area. They are regularly seen in the trees around the neighborhood where they can watch the feeders in the neighbors yards.
There is a nesting pair of Red-shouldered Hawks near my house and they had twins last summer. The twins would set above my house and vocalize loudly early in the morning. The entire family of four is still around the neighborhood and I have seen them making attempts to feed at the feeders.
