Description
I was shooting at our birdfeeders trying to get a good action shot of our feeder birds, when the local Scrub-jay came for a visit to fill his/her crop with seeds. Before it hopped onto the feeder it sat in the tree pondering the meaning of birdfeeders. It was good lighting and the blue of the Scrub-jay contrasted really well with the background, so I was taking a lot of pictures, when he bobbed like a dipper and looked straight at the lense. I didn’t know I got a photo that comical until later when I was reviewing my shots.
