Yellow Bird flocking with Dark Eye Juncos and House Sparrows since October.

Yellow Bird

Yellow bird flocking with mixed flock of sparrows and juncos. Tentatively identified as an albino of one of those species.

It looks like a leucistic House Sparrow, a mutation in the birds feathers that causes them to appear lighter or white.

I agree, albino birds have red/pink eyes. That bird appears to have normal black eyes.
